ESI - IVX - X Class phone system
The ESI IVX-X class phone system was a welcomed enhancement to the NRPA's operation. It greatly improved our voice and messaging capabilities and provided us with many standard features that other systems did not have at a very competitive price, and we did look at several options. This system far exceeded our expectations and has immediately provided an impact in our organization with greater flexibility, enhanced voicemail messaging, caller- ID, virtual answer and call recording features. PTI did a tremendous job of working with us to determine how the system should be programmed to best suit our requirements. They communicated effectively throughout the entire project from inital purchase to training and installation and even provided on-site assistance the first day the system was live.
